Mirepoix Mixed Chili Flakes
A customized blend of hot peppers. Fines and coarse grinds. These are really a step above your standard issue chili flakes. Not too spicy and packed with flavour. A few pinches in cooked dishes will add depth or a light dusting on pizza or pasta gives a nice zing. A pantry staple.
