Zwilling Silicone Pastry Scraper

The new utensils range by STAUB completes our extensive range of kitchenware that is valued by chefs worldwide. The tools are made from black matte silicone, making them very heat resistant (up to 220°C) and suitable for use on non-stick surfaces as well as with all our cast-iron and ceramic cooking vessels. The handle has an ergonomic shape and is made from acacia wood, giving it a pleasurable feel. The pastry scraper or spatula is a very useful tool, not only for baking cakes. Its flexible head adapts to the shape of a bowl and lets you easily remove dough or whipped cream.
