Buiteman Cheddar Cheese Biscuits, 75g

Made with 4-year old Canadian cheddar cheese, this, “cocktail” shortbread cookie pairs well with soup, on the side of a salad, with a glass of wine, beer or a cocktails!

Intentionally subtle, so as to never overwhelm the cheese. Flavoured with ground walnuts and a drizzle of honey. Serve with Stilton or any blue cheese.

Made largely by hand with 22% Gouda cheese, aged 18 months. Pair this with a chilled glass of Chardonnay.
